- Can I use Enzo Reader without ChatGPT?
- No, this experience is designed to work inside ChatGPT though other chatbots may be supported in the future.
- Any relation to the Apple Vision Pro app of the same name?
- Yes! I made that also. If you are a Vision Pro user, you can download that here.
Getting Connected
- How do I connect my feed service?
- Sign up or log in, open Your Service Connections, and select Feedbin, NewsBlur, or Inoreader. If you see “Connection failed,” try again and confirm your credentials.
- Which services are supported?
- Feedbin, NewsBlur, and Inoreader are supported today with more planned.
- What permissions do you request?
- We request the minimum access required to sync your feed items. If a permission prompt looks unexpected, cancel and contact support.
Using Enzo Reader In ChatGPT
- How do I ask a question?
- Ask in plain English, like “Summarize my items from last week.” If the answer feels too broad, add a time range or a source name.
- Can I get weekly digests?
- Yes. Ask for something like “feed items from the last 7 days.” If you see too many results, specify a topic or source.
- Can I find something I read a while ago?
- Try a topic, author, or keyword search. If it doesn’t show up, narrow the date range or confirm the item synced correctly.
Privacy & Data
- What does Enzo Reader store?
- We store feed items and metadata needed for summaries, search, and recall. If you want more details, see the Privacy Policy.
- What does ChatGPT see?
- Only the content needed to answer your request is sent to the model. We never send your credentials.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings and choose Delete Account. If you see a confirmation step, follow it to complete the deletion.
Troubleshooting
- My feed isn’t syncing.
- Check your connection status in Your Service Connections. If it shows “Expired,” reconnect your service. If it shows “Error,” disconnect and reconnect.
- I’m seeing old results.
- Ask with a time filter like “last 3 days.” If results are still stale, wait for the next sync and try again.
Billing
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Visit your Billing page to upgrade or cancel. If a change doesn’t apply immediately, it will apply at your next renewal.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No, we do not offer refunds.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- We’ll email you with next steps. Update your payment method in Billing to restore full access.
